2. Responses received are the opinion of the EAP and do not constitute as an authorisation from the competent authorities.
3. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, permits, guidelines etc relating to all aspects of their operations/activities.
4. The EAP as well as any of their sub-consultants are indemnified in both their personal and legal capacity against any loss, damages, expenses and liability that may arise.
5. Use of the information contained within responses received is at the client’s own risk.
6. No compensation in any form may be sought against the EAP or its sub-consultants.
7. All information submitted through this portal is treated as confidential and compliant with the POPI act.
